The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the proposed Zoning Ordinance Variance at a meeting scheduled for May 29th, at 7:00  p.m, at the Township Hall,  17010 Lincoln Road, New Lothrop, MI 48460.  The owners of the parcel located at 3905 Chesaning Road parcel #20-09-4-10-2008-02 are requesting a variance from zoning ordinance section 12.20.C for both minimum lot size and offset requirements. 

The purpose of this notice is to allow the public to express their views regarding this request.  Any written communications must be received by the Zoning Board of Appeals before the May29th, 2024 hearing date or must be present at the time of the hearing.
